I've been having coaching sessions with Alex for well over a year now, and they really have had a positive effect on my life. Alex provides a supportive, unbiased space for me to work through my thoughts and feelings, and I always come out of sessions with more clarity on what I'm trying to work towards. Alex has been amazing to work with, I couldn’t reccomend her more highly! She’s helped me get clear on my long-term goals & action them, along side giving me tools to see me through everyday challenges that previously overwhelmed me with anxiety. I have seen Alex a few times now and I can't express just what a benefit our sessions have been.
